Ingredients

Pani Puri Ingredients

  • 300 to 350 grams maida [all-purpose flour] for puri
  • 100 grams sooji or semolina
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp baking soda.
  • 1 tsp black gram
  • Water required for kneading dough

Pani Puri Stuffing

  • 300 grams of boil potatoes
  • 1 medium size chopped onions
  • 5 to 6 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 tsp red chili powder [adjust as per need]
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder [adjust as per need]
  • 2 tsp coriander powder [adjust as per need]
  • 1 to 2 tsp chaat masala powder [adjust as per need]
  • Salt to taste
  • 3 chopped green chili
  • 50 grams of green peas [fresh or frozen]

For Pani Recipe

  • 100 grams of fresh coriander leaves.
  • 100 grams of pudina leaves
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic [chopped]
  • 3 green chili [chopped]
  • 5 tbsp tamarind pulp
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 200 ml water [adjust as per need]
  • 2 tsp roasted cumin powder
  • 2 tsp roasted coriander powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper powder
  • 2 tsp chaat masala powder
  • 1 tsp black salt

Instructions

  • First, for preparing pani puri stuffing in a bowl peel and chop the boiled potatoes into small pieces.
  • Then add chopped onions and fresh coriander leaves.
  • Now sprinkle two teaspoons of roasted cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, chaat masala powder, a pinch of black salt and regular salt.
  • Next, add green peas or frozen green peas and chopped green chili.
  • Now, mix everything to make tasty aloo stuffing for pani puri recipe.
  • Now for khatta meetha pani recipe for pani puri in a blender add fresh pudina leaves, coriander leaves, chopped ginger, and green chilli.
