Instructions
Preheat and Prep
Preheat oven to 425°F.
Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray for easy cleanup.
Start with the Potatoes
In a bowl, toss potatoes with garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Spread evenly over ⅓ of the sheet pan.
Roast for 10–15 minutes, depending on how crispy you like them.
Add the Chicken
In the same bowl, toss chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Remove the pan from the oven and nestle the chicken onto the pan next to the potatoes.
Toss in the Green Beans
Quickly toss green beans with olive oil, garlic, Parmesan, salt, and pepper.
Add them to the remaining space on the pan.
Bake to Perfection
Return the full pan to the oven and bake for 25 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F internally.
Optional: Broil on high for an extra 4–5 minutes to get those golden crispy edges.
Serve and Enjoy
Let rest for a few minutes.
Plate up and serve hot—family-style or individually.
