Preparation for aloo curry
At first, for making tasty masala paste for the aloo curry recipe heat oil in a pan and spread it evenly.

At this stage sprinkle kashmiri red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and garam masala powder.
Add a dash of water and cook this aromatic masala paste for some time on medium to low flame until the mixture gets thickened and becomes smooth and oil starts releasing from the gravy.

Now for making potato curry recipe cut potatoes into quarter shape or you can use baby potatoes and add in that mixture.
Sprinkle some salt in it and saute this potatoes in this mixture for some time in medium flame.
Next pour water in it , mix the potatoes properly.
