Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered sugar or sugar-free alternative
  • 5 medium strawberries stems removed
  • Optional: ¼ tsp vanilla bean paste

Instructions

  • If using cream cheese, allow it to come to room temperature for easy blending. If using coconut cream, ensure it is thick and creamy—avoid hard or flaky cans.
  • Puree strawberries using a blender, food processor, or by mashing.
  • Add all remaining ingredients to the strawberries. Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.
  • Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate. It will thicken significantly as it chills.

Notes

For best results, choose ripe, flavorful strawberries.
This recipe can be made ahead and stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
