Instructions
- If using cream cheese, allow it to come to room temperature for easy blending. If using coconut cream, ensure it is thick and creamy—avoid hard or flaky cans.
- Puree strawberries using a blender, food processor, or by mashing.
- Add all remaining ingredients to the strawberries. Blend until smooth using a food processor, blender, or hand mixer.
- Spoon the mousse into serving dishes and refrigerate. It will thicken significantly as it chills.
