A fragrant jasmine milk tea recipe with honey and milk. Enjoy hot, iced, or with tapioca pearls for a bubble tea twist!

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp loose leaf jasmine green tea
  • ¼ cup milk cow’s milk or plant-based
  • ½ tbsp honey or sweetener of choice

Instructions

Brew the Tea

  • Heat water to 170–180°F (77–82°C).
  • Steep loose leaf jasmine tea for 1–3 minutes.
  • Strain and pour into cups, leaving space for milk.

Sweeten & Add Milk

  • Stir in honey while tea is still warm.
  • Add milk of your choice.

Customize & Serve

  • For iced milk tea: Let tea cool, then pour over ice.
  • For bubble tea: Add cooked tapioca pearls before pouring in the milk.
  • Garnish with jasmine flowers for a delicate touch.
