Making veg noodles
At first for making veg noodles boil water along with salt, oil.
Next, add hakka noodles and cook till al-dente.
Then drain the cooked noodles in a colander and rinse the noodles with fresh water.
Apply oil first tossed the hakka noodles and then rest them for some time.
How to make hakka noodles
At first rinse and chop or shred veggies including cabbage, carrots, french beans, capsicum, onion chopped, ginger garlic and green chili.
Heat oil in a pan and first saute chopped ginger-garlic for some time.
Then cook chopped onions and chopped green chili till translucent.
Furthermore add sliced french beans, sliced carrots, sliced capsicum, and shredded cabbage then stir fry for 2 to 3 minutes on medium to high heat.
Now continue to toss and stir fry on medium to high heat until the veggies are almost cooked.
Next, add soy sauce. Mix well.
Finally add cooked hakka noodles, pinch of salt, crushed pepper, soy sauce as required.
Now mix with hakka noodles and our homemade veg hakka noodles recipe is completed. Serve it immediately by topping tomato ketchup.
