First, for preparing healthy vegetable soup, rinse all vegetables thoroughly in running water.
Then, finely chopped all the vegetables including cabbage, capsicum, carrot, french beans, spring onions and ginger-garlic.
Next heat oil or butter in a deep pan and spread it evenly.
Now, add chopped ginger and garlic and saute in low flame without burning for up to 45 sec to 1 min.
Then, add chopped spring onion and saute in medium flame until it becomes slightly translucent.
After that add the remaining chopped vegetables including carrot, capsicum, french beans, green peas
