For the Egg Mixture:
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 6 slices white bread, cut into thirds
- Nonstick spray
For the Cinnamon Sugar Coating:
- ½ cup white granulated sugar
- ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, powdered sugar, maple syrup, and ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon until well combined.
- Cut each slice of bread into thirds, then dip each piece into the egg mixture, coating all sides.
