When your son’s football friends are over, your daughter’s pals are hanging out, or your husband’s coworkers are watching the game, you need a dish that satisfies a crowd and keeps everyone happy. This Hearty Crowd-Pleaser Chili is just what you need! Packed with flavor and loaded with meat, beans, and veggies, it’s sure to be a hit with everyone at the table.

Ingredients

  • 2 lb ground beef
  • 2 packages kielbasa sausage, sliced into ½-inch pieces
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans peeled and diced tomatoes, drained
  • 4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and diced
  • 2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, with liquid
  • 1 (15.2 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, with liquid
  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a Dutch oven over medium heat, sauté the chopped onion until softened.
  2. Add the ground beef and cook until it’s no longer pink, breaking it apart as it cooks.
  3. Stir in the sliced kielbasa sausage and cook for a few more minutes.
  4. Pour in the drained diced tomatoes, pinto beans (with liquid), drained corn, diced potatoes, diced tomatoes with green chiles, and frozen mixed vegetables.
  5. Mix everything until well combined, then add the cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour in the water, bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for one hour, stirring occasionally.

Serve hot and enjoy a hearty meal that everyone will love!
