  • 2 (15 oz) cans pinto beans, with liquid

  • 1 (10 oz) package frozen mixed vegetables
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 teaspoons ground cumin
  • 2 teaspoons chili powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
