Aloo matar recipe

To cook aloo matar recipe first saute whole spices in low flame.

Next saute chopped onions, ginger garlic and green chili.

After that pour tomato puree and cook for sometimes.

Now sprinkle salt, and some powder spices cook till oil starts leaving side of the pan. 

After that add quarter cut potatoes and cook in medium flame.

Next add salt, pour water, mix them properly.

Now add fresh green peas or frozen peas.

Next cover and simmer till aloo are soft and cooked properly. 

Finally sprinkle kasuri methi and chopped coriander leaves and serve hot aloo matar recipe.
