Aloo Paratha Recipe

For making aloo paratha recipe first peel boil potatoes.

Then mix kashmiri red chili, coriander, amchur , cumin powder, ajwan, salt on mashed potatoes.

After that mix with chopped green chili, onions, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.

In a bowl mix whole wheat flour, salt, dash of oil and water. 

Now apply oil on soft dough and rest for sometime. 

Then make medium thick size paratha and add stuffing and apply water around corner. 

Next gently close the mouth just like momo and make a equal thick size paratha.

Apply oil on tawa and cook paratha from both sides.

Finally press the edges with spatula and apply butter on aloo paratha and serve hot.
