1. At first, for making stuffing for the aloo paratha recipe wash 4 medium size potatoes, boil them in a pressure cooker up to 4 to 5 whistles then drain the potatoes using a strainer.

5. After that add 1 tbsp chopped green chili,1 medium size onions,1 tsp ginger garlic paste.

Making dough for aloo paratha

 

1. Now for making dough for aloo paratha add 300 grams whole wheat flour or atta and 1 tbsp salt in a large mixing bowl.

1. Now before cooking aloo paratha cut the dough into equal small size, dust some flour on the table and roll the paratha using a rolling pin in a medium-thick circular shape.

  2. Next, cool the potatoes peel, and mash them.
  3. Next in a mixing bowl add mashed potatoes, chopped green chili, onions, coriander leaves.
  4. Also sprinkle half a teaspoon of garam masala powder,kashmiri red chili powder, amchur powder, black salt, cumin powder,coriander powder,ajwan.
