Preparation For Anda Curry
1.At first for preparing anda curry, boil 5 to 6 eggs, cool them first then peel them, gently prick them with fork or toothpick all over the surface of eggs, and place on mixing bowl additionally sprinkle a pinch of salt on them.
2.Now, sprinkle 1/8 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder for vibrant color.
3.Then, mix all of them together.
4.After that for egg fry, pour 5 tbsp oil in a pan, spread them evenly in medium flame.
5.Next place eggs one by one and fries them for 2 to 3 min in medium flame until it gets crisp on their body.

3.Next, add 3 medium size chopped onions saute them some time until onions become slightly golden brown.
4.Furthermore, add 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste,2 to 3 chopped green chili cook them together for another 2 to 3 min.
5.After that, pour 5 medium sizes homemade tomato puree, cook on medium to low flame for 4 to 5 min.
6.Now, sprinkle 1 tsp kashmiri red chili powder,1/8 tsp turmeric powder,1 tsp garam masala powder,1 tsp coriander powder, and 1 tsp salt adjust later if required.
7.Mix all the spices together and cook this egg gravy for another 10 to 12 min until it becomes thick and starts leaving sides of the pan.
Making Spicy Egg Curry Recipe
