- Choice Of Spinach:Use light green colour tender and young palak leaves not stems unless it tastes bitter.
- Blanching Palak Leaves:To eliminates most of the harmful chemicals and pesticides from the palak leaves with addition of salt and vinegar blanch the palak leaves 2 to 3 min before making palak paste.
- Richness Of Palak Gravy: To make restaurant style palak paneer add good quality cream at the end of recipe and mix with low flame which not only enhances richness of palak gravy but also tastes very good.

Here i break the complete preparation process into two simple categories,
first one blanching palak or spinach leaves,and the second one is making tasty creamy palak paneer gravy.

Making Palak Paneer Gravy
2.Next,add some 1 tbsp cumin seed
3.saute them 45 second to 1 min in medium to low flame.
4.add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
5.saute ginger-garlic until raw aroma completely disappear.
6.add ,1 to 2 chopped green chilies.
7.add 1 medium size chopped onions & saute in medium flame until slightly golden brown
Note:If you want to use chopped tomatoes then add it now & fry in medium to low flame until it becomes soft & mushy.[optional]
16.Then,gently mix all paneer cube in this palak gravy for another 2 to 3 min in low flame.
