How to make indian chicken soup recipe step by step with photo

The whole recipe of chicken soup is classified into two simple processes,

first, one making shredded chicken and the second one is making an easy chicken soup recipe.

so let’s make it.

 

Making shred chicken

 

1. To make simple and healthy chicken soup add 500 ml of water to a heavy bottom pan or kadhai.

2. Add 1 tsp vinegar and 1 tsp salt.

3. 1 tsp black pepper powder, make a quick stir and let the water come to boil.

4. Now, add 300 gm chicken pieces either boneless or bone in which one you like.

5. cover this pan with a lid and boil the chicken for around 8 to 10 min on medium to high flame.

 

6. After that, drain chicken stock in a separate bowl for later use.

7. Place the boiled chicken in a separate bowl.

8. Now, shred the boiled chickens one by one and discard the bones from the chicken pieces.

Make healthy chicken soup recipe

 


1.
Now to make healthy chicken soup recipe heat 2 to 3 tbsp of good quality butter or oil in a kadai or heavy
bottom pan.

2. Melt the butter on a low flame and spread it evenly in the pan.

 

3. Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic on low flame for up to 30 to 40 sec until the raw aroma of spices disappears.

4. Now add 3 tbsp chopped onions to saute for 2 min in medium flame.

 

5. Also add 3 tbsp chopped cabbage.

6. 3 tbsp chopped capsicum saute 2 to 3 min in medium flame.

 

7. Now add 2 tbsp chopped carrot saute for 1 min.

8. Finally mix 2 tbsp french beans and saute in medium to high flame for up to 3 to 4 min.

9. When all vegetables are cooked a little bit add chicken stock in it.

10. Next add 1 tsp of salt.

11.1 tsp black pepper powder mixed with chicken stock.

12. Now cover the kadai with a lid and make all vegetables simmer for another 6 to 7 min.

 

 

13. Finally, add shredded chicken to this soup.

14. Now, mix it properly and simmer for 3 to 4 min with this healthy soup.

Note : For enhancing the flavour of this indian chicken soup recipe you can use sweet corn and sprinkle vinegar or lemon juice.

  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 300 gm chicken [boneless or bone in]
  • 3 tbsp chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp chopped cabbage
  • 3 tbsp chopped capsicum
  • 2 tbsp chopped carrot
  • 2 tbsp chopped french beans
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic
  • 1 potato [optional]
  • 1 to 2 tbsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1 to 2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 500 ml water

  • First, for making healthy chicken soup, add 500 ml water, salt, and vinegar to a deep pan and keep them boil for 2 to 3 min.
  • Then, add chicken pieces either boneless or bone-in in this water.
  • Now, cover this pan with a lid and boil the chicken for around 8 to 10 min.
  • Then, separate the boiled chicken and chicken stock for later use.
  • Next, in a bowl shred the boiled chickens and discard the bones from the chicken pieces.
  • Now for, preparing chicken soup heat oil in a kadai and saute ginger garlic on low flame up to 30 to 40 sec.
  • After that add onion, carrot, capsicum, cabbage, and french beans and saute in medium to high flame for up to 2 to 3min.
  • When all vegetables are cooked a little bit add chicken stock in it.
  • Next, add a pinch of salt and black pepper and mix it properly with chicken stock.
  • Now cover the kadai with a lid and make all vegetables simmer for another 7 to 8 min.
  • Finally, add shredded chicken and mix it properly with this healthy soup.
  • For enhancing the flavour of chicken soup you can use sweet corn and vinegar or lemon juice.
  • In the end, garnish the chicken soup with spring onions.
