The whole recipe of chicken soup is classified into two simple process,
first one making shred chicken and second one is making easy chicken soup recipe.
so let’s make it.
Making Shred Chicken
1.To make simple and healthy chicken soup add 500 ml water in a heavy bottom pan or kadai.
2.Add 1 tsp vinegar,1 tsp salt.
3.1 tsp black pepper powder,make a quick stir and let the water come to boil.
4.Now,add 300 gm chicken pieces either boneless or bone in which one you like.
5.cover this pan with lid and boil the chicken for around 8 to 10 min in medium to high flame.
6.After that,drain chicken stock in a separate bowl for later use.
7.Place the boil chicken in separate bowl.
8.Now,shred the boiled chickens one by one and discard the bones from chicken pieces.
Making Healthy Chicken Soup Recipe
1.Heat 2 to 3 tbsp good quality butter or oil in a kadai or heavy bottom pan.
2.Melt the butter in low flame,spread it evenly in pan.
3.Add 1 tbsp chopped ginger garlic and in low flame upto 30 to 40 sec until raw aroma of spices disappear.
4.Now add 3 tbsp chopped onions saute 2 min in medium flame.
5.Also add 3 tbsp chopped cabbage.
6.3 tbsp chopped capsicum saute 2 to 3 min in medium flame.
7.Now add 2 tbsp chopped carrot saute 1 min.
8.Finally mix 2 tbsp french beans and saute in medium to high
flame upto 3 to 4 min.
9.When all vegetables are cooked a little bit add chicken stock in it.
10.Next add 1 tsp of salt.
11.1 tsp black pepper powder mix with chicken stock.
12.Now cover the kadai with lid and make all vegetables to simmer for another 6 to 7 min.
13.Finally,add shred chicken in this soup.
14.Now,mix it properly and simmer for 3 to 4 min with this healthy soup.
Note: For enhancing flavour of chicken soup you can use sweet corn and sprinkle vinegar or lemon juice.
At the end ,garnish the chicken soup with spring onions.
