Aloo Paratha Recipe

For making aloo paratha recipe first peel boil potatoes.

Mix kashmiri red chili, coriander, amchur , cumin powder, ajwan, salt on mashed potatoes.

Mix with chopped green chili, onions, coriander leaves and ginger garlic paste.

In a bowl mix whole wheat flour, salt, dash of oil and water. 

Apply oil on soft dough and rest for sometime. 

1. Make medium thick size paratha. 2. Add stuffing and apply water around corner. 

1. Gently close the mouth just like momo. 2. Make a equal thick size paratha.

Apply oil on tawa and cook paratha from both sides.

1. Press the edges with spatula. 2. Apply butter on aloo paratha and serve hot.
