1. Soak chana dal in water.

1. Pour water , turmeric and cook chana dal in pressure cooker. 

1. Saute onion, green chili, ginger garlic in oil.

1.  Mix tomatoes , powder spices then cook till mushy. 

1. Add cook chana dal, dash of water then cook till thickens. 

1. Mix chopped coriander leaves , kasuri methi.

1. Prepare tadka by sauteing ginger garlic, red chili in ghee. 

1. Add tempering in chana dal fry, cover some time to get beautiful aroma.
