Chana Masala Recipe

 For chana masala recipe soak chana for 12 hours in sufficient water.

Now pressure cook soaked chana, water , salt and baking soda.

Now saute whole spices in oil.

Next saute onion, green chili, ginger garlic till translucent.

Pour tomato puree and some indian powder spices. 

Finally pour boil chana , dash of water, garma masala then mix together.

Now cover and simmer chana masala gravy  till cooked properly.

Finally sprinkle coriander leaves, kasuri methi and mix them together.
