For preparing chilli potato recipe first soak 1/2 inch potato sticks in water then keep in freezer for 1 hour.

Now sprinkle 1 tsp salt then blanch potatoes 3 min.

Next completely dry blanch potatoes.

Marinate blanch potatoe with,  cornstarch , black pepper, salt , red chili powder, yellow food color.

 Mix  ingredients properly then keep in freezer for 30 minutes

Fry the potatoes in medium flame till they become completely crispy from outside and juicy from inside.

Take fried potatoes out and drain the french fries on kitchen tissue

Saute ginger garlic, green chili, onion, capsicum then add red chili powder ,  red chili sauce ,  soy sauce, vinegar , water.

Next pour cornstarch slurry.

Finally for honey chilli potato pour 2 tbsp honey then mix all of them together for 5 min.

Add fried potatoes in this chilli gravy then tossed them for 2 min in medium flame.
