Dahi Vada Recipe

For making dahi vada recipe first, soak urad dal for 8 to 10 hour.

Now prepare hot and spicy coriander chutney for dahi vada.

Also prepare sweet tamarind chutney for dahi vada.

Now first blend the urad dal till fluffy. After that pour that in a bowl and  add salt, cumin seed, ginger, green chili , raisins. 

Next, beat the batter in one direction till it fluffy and light.

Now in a kadai heat oil then fry the vada in medium flame till crispy and golden brown from both sides.

Next immediately soak the fried vada in a cold water for sometime.

Finally for assembling dahi bhalla gently squeeze each vada.  Then garnish with sweet dahi, green chutney, tamarind chutney, roasted cumin powder, chaat masala, salt.
