1. Soak toor dal and moong dal in water.

1. Pour water , turmeric and cook chana dal in pressure cooker. 

1. Saute mustard seed, cumin seed , red chili , hing , curry leaves in oil. 

1. Cook onion , ginger garlic paste and green chili for sometime.

1. Add chopped tomato , salt and cook till mushy.

1.  Mix tomatoes , powder spices then cook till mushy. 

1. Add mashed dal, dash of water, salt then cook till thickens. 

1. When dal gets thicken mix chopped coriander leaves , kasuri methi.
