Egg curry recipe

For making egg curry first prick boil eggs with fork then coat with salt,black pepper, turmeric,chili powder

Next fry eggs in oil till crispy and golden brown.

After that drain fried eggs on kitchen tissue.

Now saute whole spices in oil then cook ginger garlic, green chili and onions for sometimes.

Cook tomato puree for sometimes, then add turmeric, garam masala, salt, coriander and chili powder.

Pour water and simmer this egg masala curry for sometimes.

Now add fried eggs and simmer in low flame.

Sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi on anda curry.

Finally pour heavy cream on  then serve hot egg curry with rice, paratha or naan.
