Aloo Tikki Recipe

For making aloo tikki , first mash boil potatoes.

Next mix black salt, coriander, red chili, amchur, green chili, red chili flakes, lemon juice and coriander leaves.

Now mix coarsely blend rice powder and cornflour.

After that mix them properly and knead the dough throughly.

Now for aloo tikki apply oil then make a circular shape and fill cheese or ketchup in it.

Next seal every sides properly and roll the tikki on side to get shape.

Finally heat oil in a pan and fried the aloo tikki on both sides till crispy.

Finally, serve this crispy aloo tikki hot with chaat masala or tomato ketchup.
