 For cooking chana masala recipe first soak chana for 12 hours in sufficient water.

Now using a pressure cooker cooked  chana, water , salt and baking soda for 4 to 5 whistle.

After that saute whole spices  in oil for sometimes.

Next saute onion, green chili, ginger garlic till translucent.

After that pour tomato puree, cook some times till raw smell disappears.Finally sprinkle aromatic indian  spices. 

Finally pour boil chana , dash of water, garma masala then mix together.

Now cover and simmer chana masala curry  till cooked properly.

Before serving sprinkle coriander leaves, kasuri methi
