How to make egg curry?
1. Gently prick boil eggs with fork. 2. Then coat with salt,black pepper, turmeric,chili powder
1. Fry eggs in oil till crispy and golden brown.
1. Drain fried eggs on kitchen tissue.
1. First saute whole spices in oil then cook ginger garlic, green chili and onions for sometimes.
1. Cook tomato puree for sometimes, then add turmeric, garam masala, salt, coriander and chili powder.
1. Pour water and simmer this curry for sometimes.
1. Now add fried eggs and simmer in low flame .
1. Also sprinkle freshly chopped coriander leaves, kasuri methi on anda curry.
1. Finally pour heavy cream on egg curry. 2. Serve hot egg curry with rice,paratha or naan.
