At first preparing potato filling for vada pav mix coriander leaves, green chili, salt, turmeric, red chili powder and tempering.

Next make small circular potato ball from the dough.

In a separate bowl mix salt, turmeric,hing, besan and dash of water to make medium thick batter.

Now for frying batata vada coat aloo vada in besan batter and immediately fry in medium hot oil till crispy and golden brown.

Finally take out hot and crispy batata vada from kadai and place on kitchen tissue.

In the mean time, toast pav in a grill pan with some oil or ghee..

After that add coriander chutney, spicy garlic chutney inside the toasted pav.
