Kadai Chicken Recipe

1. Marinate chickens with salt, oil , black pepper, lemon juice.

1. Prepare kadai masala first roasted whole spices then blend to fine paste.

Now saute whole spices in mustard oil for some times.

1. Then cook onions till golden brown. 2. Next add ginger-garlic-green chili paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder. 

1. Now pour tomato puree, salt cook for sometimes. 2. Next add kadai masala and water.

1. Add marinated chickens, cook sometimes.

1. Finally pour water and simmer till chickens are cooked.

1. Finally add cube cut capsicum, onions , coriander leaves , simmer sometimes before serving.
