Kadai Chicken Recipe

For cooking kadai chicken recipe first  marinate chickens with salt, oil , black pepper, lemon juice.

Now to prepare kadai masala first roasted whole spices then blend to fine paste.

Now saute whole spices in mustard oil for some times.

Then cook onions till golden brown. Next add ginger-garlic-green chili paste, turmeric, coriander, cumin powder. 

Next pour tomato puree, salt cook for sometimes.After that add kadai masala and water.

Add marinated chickens, cook sometimes.

Finally pour water and simmer till chickens are cooked.

When chickens are well cooked cube cut capsicum, onions , coriander leaves , simmer sometimes before serving.
