At first preparing poha recipe roast cashews , pea nuts  in ghee till they become crunchy.

For kanda batata poha recipe boil and chop potatoes .

Now for tempering kanda poha saute cumin seed , mustard seed, pinch of hing till crackling sound..

After that saute fresh curry leaves, onions , green chili till translucent.

Finally take out hot and crispy batata vada from kadai and place on kitchen tissue.

In the mean time, rinse thick poha in water for maximum 1 minute.

Also sprinkle lemon juice, salt and lift and drop the poha.

Finally add drained poha and mix in high flame with rest of the ingredients.
