Sarson Ka saag Recipe

For preparing sarson ka saag recipe first clean and wash sarson , palak , mooli , methi saag .

Next pressure cook all greeny leaves , veggies , salt , chili powder , water.

After that blend to make fine green paste of saag.

Now pour fine paste in kadai and simmer in low flame till raw smell disappear.

Next add maze flour or gram flour to give nutty flavor. 

Furthermore cook tempering in butter.

Now add tempering in sarson da saag gravy and cover for sometime..

Finally serve hot sarson ka saag recipe with makki ki roti, paratha or plain roti.
