Winter Special Sarson Ka saag Recipe

1. Clean and wash sarson , palak , mooli , methi saag .

1. Pressure cook all greeny leaves , veggies , salt , chili powder , water.

1. Blend to make fine green paste of saag.

1. Pour fine paste in kadai and simmer in low flame till raw smell disappear.

1. Add maze flour or gram flour to give nutty flavor. 

1. Cook tempering in butter.

1. Add tempering in sarson da saag gravy and cover for sometime..

1. Serve hot sarson ka saag recipe with makki ki roti, paratha or plain roti.
