Tomato Rice Recipe

To prepare thakkali sadam first soak white rice in water.

1. Saute peanut and cashew in butter till crunchy. 

Saute whole spices in oil for sometimes. 

Next add curry leaves and hing cook further till crisp.

Cook onion, ginger garlic paste and green chili. 

First cook tomato puree till raw smell disappears then mix salt and powder spices. 

Pour water when it starts rolling boil mix drained rice.

Now cover and cook tomato rice till completely cook. 

Finally add roasted nut and mix it properly with tomato bath.
