Fruit custard recipe

At first for making fruit custard heat milk in a deep bottom pan .

When milk becomes hot, take out some portion and mix with custard powder.

Mix it properly to get lumps free custard slurry.

At this stage milk get reduced half of it's quantity, then add sugar.

Sprinkle cardamon powder and dissolve the sugar completely.

Finally pour custard slurry, immediately stir with spatula such that no lumps are formed.Then keep it in refigerator to chill.

Prepare grated apple,  pomegranate, bananas slices, cashew nuts, raisins, almonds, pistachios.

Before serving fruit custard, pour chilled custard sauce in serving bowl and garnish with dried fruits.
