This Brownie Milkshake is an indulgent treat that every chocolate lover needs to try! Packed with chunks of brownie and drizzled with rich ganache, it delivers an intense chocolate flavor in every sip.

Ingredients

For the Rim & Glass:

  • Melted Chocolate or Ganache (see notes)

For the Brownie Milkshake:

  • 2 brownies, cut into chunks
  • 4 cups chocolate or vanilla ice cream (8 large scoops), slightly softened
  • ¼ cup whole milk or heavy cream

For Topping:

  • Whipped Cream
  • Melted Chocolate or Ganache
  • Brownie crumbs

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Rim & Glass:
    • Drizzle melted chocolate or ganache inside the glasses using a small spoon.
    • Coat the rim of each glass with chocolate or ganache, letting it drip down for a decadent look. Freeze the glasses while preparing the milkshake.
  2. Make the Brownie Milkshake:
    • In a blender, add the softened ice cream, brownie chunks, and milk. Blend until smooth. For extra brownie flavor, toss in more brownie chunks if desired.
    • Pour the milkshake into the prepared glasses and top with whipped cream, additional ganache or melted chocolate, and brownie crumbs. Serve and enjoy!
