Indulge in these decadent bakery-style chocolate muffins, bursting with rich chocolate flavor in every bite! Moist and tender yet sturdy enough for on-the-go enjoyment, these muffins are a chocolate lover’s dream. • 1 cup (200g) packed brown sugar (light or dark)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup (240g) plain yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a 12-count muffin tin with paper liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the brown sugar, eggs, yogurt, milk, oil, and vanilla. Whisk until well blended.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined. Gently fold in the chocolate chips or chunks, being careful not to overmix.
  5. Fill each muffin cup to the top for that perfect muffin dome! Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until a skewer inserted into the center comes out clean (you may see melted chocolate).
  6. Allow the muffins to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely or enjoy them slightly warm!

Get ready to enjoy a deliciously chocolatey treat!
