Dum Aloo Recipe

Gently prick parboil baby potatoes with fork.

Coat potatoes with salt, black pepper, turmeric,chili powder.

Fry baby potatoes in oil till crispy and golden brown.

1. Saute onion toamto, ginger garlic-chili paste till translucent.  2. Next add cashew nut. 

Make a smooth tomato-onion mixture in blender. 

1. First saute whole spices in oil then pour puree.  2. Next add salt, chili, garam masala, coriander, fennel seed powder.

Now pour thick  yogurt and mix properly.

Finally pour water and fried potatoes then cover and simmer in low flame. 

Finally sprinkle coriander leaves, kasuri methi and serve dum aloo hot with naan or pulao
