Moong Dal Tadka Recipe

Wash then soak moong dal in water.

Saute bay leaf, cumin seed in oil for sometimes. 

Saute onion, green chili, ginger in oil till translucent.

Mix tomatoes , powder spices then cook till mushy. 

Cook moong dal, tomato-onion mixture in pressure cooker. 

Pour dal in kadai,add salt, garam masala powder.

Prepare tadka by sauteing ginger garlic, green chili, hing, kashmiri chili powder. 

Add tempering on moong dal tadka, cover some time to get beautiful aroma.
