These crispy Roasted Garlic Butter Parmesan Potatoes with bacon make the ultimate side dish for any meal! Golden, flavorful, and easy to prepare, they’re sure to be a crowd-pleaser.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds baby red potatoes washed and quartered
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 6 large garlic cloves finely chopped or minced
  • 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
  • ¾ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • Salt and fresh cracked black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish
  • ½ cup crispy bacon bits optional

Instructions

1. Preheat the Oven

  • Set your oven to 400ºF (200°C) and position a rack at the bottom.
