1. Now for preparing stuffing for aloo sandwich recipe first boil 3 medium size potatoes in pressure cooker for 5 to 6 whistle, then place in a large mixing bowl and mash them.

3. After that add 3 chopped green chili, and 3 tablespoon freshly chopped coriander leaves.

4. Next mix 2 teaspoon red chili powder , 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder , 2 teaspoon salt.

Toasting bread for potato sandwich

 

1. At first to toast bread for sandwich recipe apply butter to both the bread slices.

2. Now heat a grill pan on medium flame and place the slice bread with the butter side down. Cook for 2 mins or until crispy and golden brown from one side, flip other side and do same thing.

1. Now for assembling aloo masala sandwich first place the toasted bread on a plate.

2. Then apply mayonnaise on bread, make sure don’t add too much because the breads will become soggy.

5. After that apply tomato ketchup on the back side of other toasted bread you can also use coriander chutney.
