Tamarind Chutney For Papdi Chaat

  • 60 grams of tamarind
  • 100 grams of jaggery
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp red chili powder
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 100 ml water[adjust depending upon thickness]

Green Chutney For Papdi Chaat

  • 200 grams of fresh coriander leaves.
  • 50 grams of pudina leaves

  2. When potatoes become cool a little bit, then peel and chopped them for assembling chaat.

  4. Furthermore, set aside chopped onions, fresh coriander leaves, green chili, and sev in a separate bowl.
